Back from Tanzania! It was an amazing trip and we were blessed with success in finding water! We thought we were going to have “instant water,” so for most of the first two days, we just stood by the drilling rig waiting. We hit water on the third day at a depth of almost 2 football fields deep. Because of the depth, a traditional hand pump would not work in bringing up the water. A 40 foot tall windmill pump is being installed during September 2010 and will produce 5,000 to 12,000 liters of water per hour. What a blessing for them! The following is a short video showing much of what went on while we were there. Plans are being made already to do many more wells next summer!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HniF3GvgvNE
